CD media of the Proceeding of the ACT 2009 International Coference is slated to publish by the Conference Publishing Services. All the presented papers will be archived in the IEEE Xplore and IEEE CS Digital Library, which will be submitted for possible indexing in IEE INSPEC, EI (Compendex), Thomson ISI (ISTP), and other indexing services.

Guidelines - Papers for Review

All submissions, including Regular papers, Short papers, and other have to be made through the Easy chair Conference papers submission system. Those who do not have an Easy chair account will need to create one. Use following link to submit your papers.

Guidelines - Camera Ready Paper Submission

Maximum allowed pages (while submitting the camera ready paper) for different categories are limited to as follows. Camera Ready paper must submit to IEEE CPS Authors Kit Webpage only.

General Guidelines

All papers must conform to standard IEEE’s double-column format and must be submitted as ‘pdf’ file format not exceeding 9 pages including text, figures, tables and references. The author name, affiliation and Email contact address should be clearly specified in the full paper; but it will be temporary removed while it sends to review section. NOTE: Whenever you submit a paper to ACT, you must adhere to these General Guidelines. Camera Ready paper must follow the double column IEEE’s common template for proceedings. Failing this will result in rejection.
